Cancellations & Returns

Need to change an order? Do it with us. It’s fast, simple, and you get your money back. Going through your bank instead of us can delay the same refund by months.

Cancellations are easy
Message us or reply to your order confirmation. We cancel the order and refund your original payment method in 2–4 business days.

Do not open a bank dispute / chargeback
If you cancel through your bank as a dispute, that process can take up to 90 days. Contact us first and you’ll have your refund in a few business days.

Returns are easy
Send the item back in not-installed condition — unused, complete, and sellable. When we receive it, we refund the full amount.
